Dominika Dittwald is a Toronto based filmmaker and educator. After completing her MFA in film production, Dittwald worked on hundreds of films across the world, including Canada, United States, the Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Israel, and Germany. She received OMNI Television Independent Producers’ Development Award at Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival in 2005.

In 2010 Dittwald co-produced the very first Iranian feature film made in Canada.

 Currently, Dittwald divides her time between making short films and teaching.
